Art in the Square
Art in the Square is Southlake’s annual, juried art festival. Since its beginning in 2000, the festival has risen in the ranks to become the eighth best fine arts festival in the United States, according to the well-known ArtsFair Sourcebook. The weekend art show features 145+ renowned artists, live music, tasty food and drink selections, and a fantastic Kid’s Zone.
Showcase in the Square
Known for their precision, perfection and riveting performance, the Crossmen World Class Drum and Bugle Corps begin summer tours with a Father’s Day concert in Southlake Town Square. Presented by Toll Brothers, “Showcase in the Square” takes place at Rustin Park Pavilion. Admission is free and the public is encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the amazing show of brass, percussion and guard talent.
Oktoberfest is Southlake’s annual German festival. Planned by the Southlake Chamber of Commerce, the weekend festival offers activities for all ages, including a Sports Zone and a Kid’s Area. Take a stroll through Southlake Town Square while looking at handcrafted arts and crafts, enjoying great food, and listening to live entertainment. Don’t miss the popular Wiener Dog Races!
