Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake features 23,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a spacious ballroom with nearly 5,000 square feet—enough space to accommodate 300 guests. Additionally, meeting rooms total more than 1,400 square feet and are suitable for smaller events. Legends Hall features nearly 2,800 square feet of pre- or post-function space, including a lounge and 1,380 square feet of covered, usable outdoor patio space with lounge seating and fire features. The Marq also offers expert banquet specialists, flexible catering and alcohol policies, and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
Several Southlake hotels also offer meeting and event spaces, including Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square featuring 17,585 square feet of event space between two ballrooms and nine meeting rooms, Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Southlake with 8,105 square feet of event space between nine event rooms, Cambria Southlake offering 4,837 square feet of event space among a ballroom, boardroom and conference room, and soon-to-open the Westin Dallas/Southlake totaling 33,420 square feet of event space with ten event rooms (and a 22-foot ceiling grand ballroom).

With chef-crafted steaks and Sommelier-chosen wines, Kirby’s Prime Steakhouse can accommodate up to 80 private dining guests (or the room can be divided into two separate private facilities, one of which has an eye-catching wine cellar backdrop). Rather savor seafood and crab? Truluck’s is a catch with two private rooms that seat up to 45 guests and 25 guests, respectively. The restaurant also offers group lunch and dinner menus, as well as group reception and rehearsal menus. Other notable restaurants in Southlake offering private dining include Del Frisco’s Grille, Brio Italian Grille, and Wildwood Grill.

Southlake is conveniently situated in the middle of the metroplex and is a 15-minute drive from Dallas-Fort Worth International airport, and roughly a 30-minute drive from Dallas Love Field Airport, Dallas and Fort Worth. Southlake has access to Hwy 114, Hwy 121, FM 377, FM 1938 and FM 1709, making travel to our city simple from every direction.
5. Parks and Recreation
Get together and enjoy the great outdoors in Southlake with more than 1,100 acres of park land and open space. Southlake offers 20 parks, seven playgrounds, 14 park pavilions, 11 ponds, 44 athletic fields, 21 tennis courts, and many miles of trails. With a variety of both passive and recreation spaces, the parks are open year-round with park hours typically being sunrise to sunset. Looking to get lost in nature? Don’t miss Bob Jones Nature Center & Preserve, a nature center surrounded by more than 700 acres of Cross Timbers habitat with more than 20 miles of hiking trails.
