1. Where are the snow hills located?

There will be a regular snow hill and a kiddie snow hill located in Frank Edgar Cornish, IV Park, near Brio and Barnes and Nobles.

2. Where are the restrooms?

There are comfort stations by Brooks Brothers and Vineyard & Vines. Porta Potties are located in two locations by Soft Surroundings and Athleta & Lucky Brand Jeans and Anthropologie.

3. How much do the activities and attractions cost?

All activities are FREE at the Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration – carriage rides, snow hill, kiddie snow hill, balloon art, cookie decorating, and ornament making. After the event, all activities (e.g., carriage rides) will have fees associated with them. Enjoy them for tonight!

4. Is there an ATM at the event?

There are no ATMs located on the property of the event.

5. What time do the stores & restaurants close?

Most stores close at 9 p.m.; some restaurants will be open later.

6. Are all food vendors charging?

Yes, we have a lot of fun concessions available for purchase at the event this year.  

7. Where is the Apple Store?

It is located at 260 Grade Avenue, North of Town Hall past Pottery Barn.

8. When does the lighting of the Christmas Tree begin?

The ceremony begins at 6 p.m. Carriage Rides & Santa will postpone temporarily.

9. Why is the event the week before Thanksgiving?

Each year, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration kicks off the holiday season in Southlake. 10. What time does the event end?

The event is over at 8:30 p.m. but we may have to close some lines as early as 7:30pm.

12. Are dogs allowed at the event?

Due to loud noises, pets are strongly discouraged.
