In this two-hour demonstration, participants will learn how to make and enjoy holiday themed Cranberry treats. Chef Sandra will demonstrate how to make a delicious Cranberry Vinaigrette with samples drizzled over an Arugula/Spinach Salad with Chef Sandra’s Candied Pecans, a Cranberry Orange Sauce used on samples of Turkey Crostinis, and for dessert, a Cranberry Almond Apple Pie.
