Accessibility & Sensory Support
We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for all guests attending Stars & Stripes. To help support visitors who may need a quieter environment or relief from the summer heat, two dedicated wellness spaces will be available during the event.
Sensory Room at the Hilton Dallas/ Southlake Town Square
A quiet, low-stimulation space will be available at The Hilton for guests who may need a break from crowds, noise, lights, heat, or other event-related sensory input. The room is designed to provide a calm environment for individuals and families to rest, regroup, and recharge during the event. A volunteer will be onsite to assist guests as needed.

Cook Children’s Cooling Zone
The Cook Children’s Cooling Zone will offer a shaded cooling area with fans and air circulation to help guests take a break from the heat and cool down comfortably during the event.

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking will be available in designated areas adjacent to the event footprint to help ensure convenient and easy access for all guests. Clear signage and an updated event map will identify these locations, making it simple for attendees to plan their arrival and navigate the event with confidence.

Accessible Viewing Area
The Accessible Viewing Area offers a dedicated space for guests who may benefit from accessible accommodations while enjoying the event. Conveniently located near the Main Stage, it provides excellent views of the fireworks display in a comfortable and inclusive setting.
